Repairs

Materials:

tongue and groove siding, new framing members and sheathing, 9-lite steel door, copper flashing.

Water Damage. Water splashing of the deck and improper flashing details lead to extensive damage. The problem was corrected with a new gutter over the deck, and a new copper flashing detail. Damaged components were replaced and the customer and the house are very grateful.
