Project Details:
This Deerfield, MA addition is a thoughtfully designed two-story expansion created to help the homeowners remain in the home they love while adapting it to their changing needs. Currently under construction, the project adds a new primary bedroom, primary bathroom, and ample storage, bringing greater comfort, function, and long-term livability to the existing home.
By expanding upward with a two-story addition, the design makes efficient use of the site while creating meaningful new space within the home’s existing footprint and character. The new layout is intended to support everyday ease and aging in place, giving the homeowners a more suitable arrangement for the years ahead without leaving the setting they already know and love.
Though still in progress, this project already reflects Yeoman Design Build’s thoughtful approach to renovation and addition work, balancing practical needs with careful craftsmanship and a deep respect for how people live in their homes. It is an investment not only in square footage, but in comfort, flexibility, and the ability to stay rooted in place over time.
