Water splashing on the deck and improper flashing details lead to extensive damage. The problem was corrected with a new gutter over the deck and a new copper flashing detail.

Bathroom with natural plaster. The plaster used in this project is a simple mix of clays and fine aggregates. It is minimally processed, 100% natural, non-toxic, VOC-free, breathable, durable, highly resistant to mold and mildew, and aesthetically pleasing.

Affordable Kitchen Remodel. This neglected kitchen was given a new life on an impressive budget. A few simple layout changes make the kitchen more functional.
