Project Details:
Water Damage. Water splashing on the deck and improper flashing details lead to extensive damage. The problem was corrected with a new gutter over the deck and a new copper flashing detail. Damaged components were replaced, and the customer and the house were very grateful.

Tongue and groove siding, new framing members and sheathing, 9-lite steel door, copper flashing.
